Suzannah Scott-Moncrieff is a Lecturer within the OTAT division at QMU.

Suzannah joined the 69´«Ã½ music therapy team as a lecturer in 2022. She has worked in the music therapy field for close to twenty years, in a variety of settings and with diverse stakeholders. Suzannah continues to work in private practice with individuals with trauma and other forms of mental distress, utilising music and imagery methods as well as music improvisation. She is committed to anti-racist and anti-oppressive action.

In addition to her work as a lecturer and supervisor in music therapy at QMU, Suzannah has presented her work at conferences and universities, locally and globally. Her primary teaching specialties include Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) and the Continuum Model of GIM. She has a particular interest in un-colonizing practice, theory, and research.
